Online Store Policy

Please read the following before buying any products from our online store.

Used Items: We do our best to test all the used items we sell, and as far as we know they are all in good working condition.  But as they are used items we can offer no warranty on any item purchased from the used items inventory. If you do receive a DOA product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to work out a solution.

New Items: New items come with a 30 day limited warranty, (unless stated otherwise in item details), and will be replaced (if identical item is in stock) or purchase cost refunded.

Shipping Costs: All listed shipping costs are to the United States. Please check with us before ordering from a foreign address. Return shipping costs, in the event of a warranty issue or compatibility issue, are the responsibility of the customer (end user).

Product Compatibility: Please be sure the item(s) you are ordering is/are compatible with the pc you are ordering it for in the case of computer parts, or that item is what you want before ordering, refunds on compatibility issues will be issued at our discretion.

Product Images: Product images may vary slightly from the item you receive, but product will be the same make and model number listed. This is because many companies change the look of their products frequently.

Policy changes: We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time and without notice (changes will be posted here ASAP.)
